Integral Orifice Plate

Imperial Valve offers the possibility to engineer custom solutions for customers where standard products and equipment is not exactly what is being required. The process begins with a sketch and is developed into an AutoCAD drawing showing complete dimensions etc. and is forwarded to our machining facilities for eventual manufacture.

In this solution, the customer required a very accurate differential pressure measurement. By bringing the transmitter directly to the pipe flange, better accuracy was achieved. The integrity of piping standards was maintained up to and including the manifold. This has resulted in a very compact solution giving added value to the construction. All welding was certified to the highest standard as the pressure was exceeding class 900 lbs.
